SESSION BOUNDARIES

Somatic relationship coaching uses experiential and mindful touch, with consent, for the safe exploration of relationship skills. This container must be approached with respect and boundaries set for the safety of everyone. Each client gets to set their boundaries for their personal comfort level. Below is a list of boundaries that will not be crossed with clients.

• There will be no removal of any clothing.
• There will be no kissing.
• There will be no touching of the genital areas. 
• There will be no arousal with the goal of orgasm. 
• Your comfort and your consent with the practices is vital. Therefore  your enthusiastic 'Yes' is required and your 'No' is welcome.
• Meeting or dating outside of sessions is not allowed.
